These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hometouchco.com and any purchase made from Home Touch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, write to info@hometouchco.com.
1. About us
Home Touch is an online retailer of contemporary home decor, operating from Europe and shipping worldwide. Company details and registered address are available on request.
2. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product images, descriptions, and dimensions on the site are accurate. Because many of our pieces are handmade or hand-finished, small variations in colour, texture and form are part of the character of each piece and do not constitute a defect.
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are the final prices payable. Home Touch operates under the French micro-entrepreneur regime and does not charge VAT (Article 293 B of the French tax code). Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already placed.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the prices shown. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email confirming dispatch.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout, including delivery address and contact details.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store them.
5. Delivery
We ship to destinations across the European Union and worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU, local duties, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where required by EU consumer law, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance-selling purchases.
7. Warranty and liability
We warrant that products will match their description and be of satisfactory quality on delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Intellectual property
All content on hometouchco.com — text, images, logos, product photography and design — is owned by Home Touch or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of this content without our written permission.
9. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, with the date of last update at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
